1 Tbsp inaka-miso (miso made from soybeans and barley)2 – 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 – 3 Tbsp fresh cream
Coarsely ground black pepper
Orange peppers
Cucumbers
Celery
Method
1.Add the miso, mayonnaise, and fresh cream to the okara, and mix well.2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sprinkle with the black pepper. Garnish with vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces.
