Jellied Tofu Topped with Sweetened Beans

Ingredients
1 cake silken tofu
1/8 oz powdered agar
1 cup water
1 3/4 oz sugar
2/3 – 1 oz sweetened ama natto beans


    Method

    Drain the tofu in a bamboo colander. Blend it into a paste-like consistency.
    Put the powdered agar and water in a pot and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Heat the agar mixture until it comes to a boil. Add the sugar and mix well. When everything is dissolved, remove from the heat.
    Mix the tofu and agar mixture well and pour into a mold. Top it with sweetened beans and chill in the refrigerator until set.
