Oysters and Tofu Fried with Oyster Sauce

Oysters and oyster sauce go together perfectly. A thick and rich dish.

Ingredients
1 cake momen tofu
4 1/2 oz oysters
Salt and wheat flour
1 scallion
1 clove garlic
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp salad oil

Broth
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp sake
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp chicken broth

    Method

    1. Rinse the oysters in salted water and drain. Cut the scallion diagonally into thin slices. Cut the garlic and ginger into thin slices.
    2. Cut the tofu into 6 to 8 cubes and coat with flour.
    3. Heat 1/2 table spoon of salad oil in a frying pan, sauté both sides of the tofu. Then remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.
    4. Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in the same pan. Coat the oysters with flour and add them.
      Add the garlic, ginger, and tofu, and season with the broth ingredients.
    5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
