Oysters and Tofu Fried with Oyster Sauce
Oysters and oyster sauce go together perfectly. A thick and rich dish.
Ingredients
1 cake momen tofu
4 1/2 oz oysters
Salt and wheat flour
1 scallion
1 clove garlic
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp salad oil
Broth
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp sake
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp chicken broth
Method
- Rinse the oysters in salted water and drain. Cut the scallion diagonally into thin slices. Cut the garlic and ginger into thin slices.
- Cut the tofu into 6 to 8 cubes and coat with flour.
- Heat 1/2 table spoon of salad oil in a frying pan, sauté both sides of the tofu. Then remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in the same pan. Coat the oysters with flour and add them.
Add the garlic, ginger, and tofu, and season with the broth ingredients. - Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
