Garlic and Beef Curry
Serves 9

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package House Java Curry Mix
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 small garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 medium potato, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 18 ounces beef, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 5 1/2 cups (1300 cc) water
  • Vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  • Cook and stir sliced garlic in cooking oil in a large skillet. Remove pieces and set them aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook beef, onions, carrot, and potatoes.
  • Add water and heat to boiling. Remove white film.
  • Simmer until beef is tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in House Java Curry Mix.
  • Simmer and stir occasionally, until smooth.
  • Garnish garlic over curry.
