Garlic
and Beef Curry
Serves 9
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package House Java Curry Mix
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 small garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 medium potato, cut into bite-size pieces
- 18 ounces beef, cut into bite-size cubes
- 5 1/2 cups (1300 cc) water
- Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook and stir sliced garlic in cooking oil in a large skillet.
Remove pieces and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, cook beef, onions, carrot, and potatoes.
- Add water and heat to boiling. Remove white film.
- Simmer until beef is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in House Java Curry Mix.
- Simmer and stir occasionally, until smooth.
- Garnish garlic over curry.
