Grilled Tofu Steak
  • 1 pkg. (4 pieces) of House Chef Tofu, Original
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced

DRAIN out excess moisture from tofu. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each of the 4 pieces sideways to make 8-1/4 inch slices. Place in a large rectangular pan. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
POUR mixture evenly over tofu slice. Place each slice on a pre-heated grill and cook about 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Garnish with sauteed mushrooms, accompanied with a dollop of your favorite marinara sauce, if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Great with favorite rice or potato dish and/or French bread.
