Maifun with Creme Sauce
Serves
4
*A variety of other noodles can be used.
Ingredients:
Marinade for pork:

1 T cornstarch

1 egg
-
2 t sesame seed oil

1/2 t white pepper

1 T seasoning sauce
Procedure:
- Marinate pork for 10 minutes.
- Soak noodles in warm water until soft.
(Approx. 10 minutes)
- Heat pan, add 2 T oil and stir fry
noodles adding sweet soy sauce.
- Thoroughly mix.
- Remove and set aside.
- Heat pan, add 2 more T oil, garlic,
water, fish sauce and sugar.
- Add pork and bring mixture to a boil.
- Add enough cornstarch mixture to form
a medium thick sauce.
- Add all remaining ingredients and
return mixture to a boil cooking for 3 more minutes.
- Pour mixture over noodles and serve.
