- 1 (14 oz) pkg. Hinoichi
Regular or Firm Tofu, drained & cut into 1/3" cubes
- 2 Tbsp. minced raw garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 (32 oz.) jar (4 cups) fat-free
marinara sauce with mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cup (about 5 oz.) uncooked pasta
(ex. small shells or rotini)
- 1 cup sliced artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.
-- Lightly brown tofu, garlic and Italian seasoning. -- Stir in uncooked
pasta, sauce and hot water. Bring to a boil. -- Cover and cook 15-20
minutes until pasta is tender. -- Stir in artichoke hearts & olives
then heat uncovered for 2 mins.
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese before serving.
