- 1/2 pkg. (7oz) Hinoichi
Tofu Soft or Regular or House Organic
Tofu Soft or Regular, drained
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t chill powder
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 can (15oz.) no-fat-added (spicy)
refried pinto or black beans
- 1/4 c fresh or canned salsa (choose
your heat level)

Place tofu, garlic powder, chill powder
and soy sauce into food processor bowl or blender -- Process mixture for
1 minute or until well blended -- Stir in beans and salsa
Serving Suggestion: Tortilla chips
and/or fresh cut veggies
