Tofu Soft or Regular or House Organic
Tofu Soft or Regular, drained
- 1 t Mexican seasoning blend or to
taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 t lemon juice or rice vinegar
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) commercial fresh or
defrosted frozen guacamole
- 1 med. ripe avocado, skinned and cubed
(about 1 cup)

Place tofu, seasoning, lemon juice and
guacamole into food processor bowl or blender -- Process mixture for 1
minute or until well blended -- Pulse in avocado, leaving small visible
pieces
Serving Suggestion: Tortilla chips
