Tofu Burritos
- 1 pkg. (12oz) Hinoichi
Tofu Extra Firm or House Organic
Tofu Extra Firm, drained OR 1 pkg. (5oz) Hinoichi
Tofu Cutlets
- 1/2 pkg. (2 T) taco seasoning
- 1 T minced raw garlic
- 1/3 c salsa
- 4 fat-free or low fat large flour
tortillas
- 1/2 c (2 oz.) shredded fat-free or low
fat cheddar cheese
- 1 c chopped Romaine lettuce

Crumble tofu (dice Tofu Culets) into
large non-stick skillet along with taco seasoning & garlic; cook
over med. high heat until tofu is lightly browned -- Add salsa &
cook 2 mins. -- Heat tortillas -- Spoon tofu mixture equally into center
of each tortilla -- Top with shredded cheese, lettuce & additional
salsa, if desired -- Wrap tortillas around filling & serve
Serves: 4 Nice
Variation: Use 12oz. tofu & 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
or turkey and double all other ingredients
