Hinoichi Tofu


Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo
  • 1 pkg. (14oz) Hinoichi Tofu Soft or Regular or House Organic Tofu Soft or Regular, drained
  • 1 1/2 c milk or milk substitute
  • 2 1/2 T minced raw garlic
  • 1/2 c grated fat-free or regular Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 t salt or to taste
  • 1/2 t white pepper
  • 1 1/4 t dry mustard
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 t honey
  • 1 pkg. (9oz.) fresh spinach fettuccine noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 c chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c chopped red bell pepper

T - Table Spoon     t - Tea Spoon     c - Cup

Combine tofu, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire & honey in to food processor bowl or blender -- Transfer into 2-qt. microwave-proof bowl -- Cover, microwave on med. for 3 mins. -- Stir & microwave on high for 3-4 min., until bubbly hot -- Toss mixture with noodles -- Sprinkle with green onions & red bell pepper before serving
