Fettuccine Alfredo
- 1 pkg. (14oz) Hinoichi
Tofu Soft or Regular or House Organic
Tofu Soft or Regular, drained
- 1 1/2 c milk or milk substitute
- 2 1/2 T minced raw garlic
- 1/2 c grated fat-free or regular
Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t salt or to taste
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1 1/4 t dry mustard
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t honey
- 1 pkg. (9oz.) fresh spinach fettuccine
noodles, cooked
- 1/2 c chopped green onion
- 1/4 c chopped red bell pepper

Combine tofu, milk, cheese, salt, pepper,
mustard, Worcestershire & honey in to food processor bowl or blender
-- Transfer into 2-qt. microwave-proof bowl -- Cover, microwave on med.
for 3 mins. -- Stir & microwave on high for 3-4 min., until bubbly
hot -- Toss mixture with noodles -- Sprinkle with green onions & red
bell pepper before serving
