Tofu Pizza
  • 1/2 pkg. (2 slices) of House Chef Tofu, Chili & Veggie
  • 1 (10-inch) ready-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup favorite tomato sauce
  • cup grated low-fat mozzarella or jack cheese

T - Table Spoon     t - Tea Spoon     c - Cup

PRE-HEAT oven to 425°F. Drain out excess moisture from tofu, and cut into bit-sized cubes. Place crust on large baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle the cubes of tofu and the cheese on top of sauce.

BAKE for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serves: 8-10
