Steak Garlic & Pepper 1 Package
- Spinach
Leaves, Cleaned 1/4 Lbs
- Cracked
Black Pepper 2 Tbs
Sauce:

1/2 Cup Red Wine

Cup Chicken Stock

Cup Heavy Cream

Tbs Cooking Oil

DIRECTIONS:
Sauce:

In
A Saucepan, Lightly Saute Shallot And Garlic With 1 Tbs Butter.

Cook
On Medium Heat Until Brown, Add Red Wine And Chicken Stock.

Keep
It On Medium Heat Until The Liquid Is Reduced To 1/4 Amount.

Add
Heavy Cream, 1 Tbs Butter And Mix Well.

Add
Salt. Keep It Warm On The Side.
Tofu
Stake:
-
Drain
Water Out Of Tofu Well.

Cut
Each Tofu In A Round Shape Using A Ring Cutter.

Spread
Black Pepper On The Flat Plate.

Place
Tofu On The Peppered Plate. Press Gently Only Or One Side.

In
A Preheated Saute Pan, Pour Cooking Oil, And Place Tofu With The
Pepper Side Down.

Cook
For About 3 Mins, Turn And Cook For Another 3 Mins.

Blanch
Spinach In Boiling Water. Drain Water Well.

Place
Tofu On The Bed Of Spinach And Pour Sauce Around.
