Italian Pasta & Tofu
- 1 (14 oz) pkg. Hinoichi
Regular or Firm Tofu, drained & cut into 1/3" cubes
- 2 Tbsp. minced raw garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 (8.25 oz.) pkg. Pasta with
Italian-style sauce mix
- 3 3/4 cups hot water
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted

Lightly brown tofu with garlic and
Italian seasoning in pan coated with non-stick splay. -- Stir in
uncooked pasta with sauce mix & hot water, bring to boil. -- Reduce
heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. -- Stir in peas, then let stand 5
minutes (sauce will thicken).
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with
grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
