Get a Taste of Japan in Anaheim
-Japanese food & Sake Festival at Hyatt Regency, Anaheim-
Japanese Food Culture Association is organizing this event in Thursday, March 13th at the Hyatt Regency in Anaheim.
Eating delicious food and living many healthy years are two things that people have always wanted. Recently Americans are becoming more health conscious and Japanese food is in peak popularity. And this popularity has begun to reach around the world.
Recent studies show that more and more tourists are coming to Japan. When asked what they want to experience, more than anything they say Japanese food.
“Kaiseki Ryori” is often said to be the ambassador of Japanese cuisine. Using ingredients picked at the peak of their season, it is beautiful, delicious, and healthful. And on top of that, the “omotenashi” spirit, taking into consideration the customer’s individual preferences, provides the final touch. All this is brought to the table from masters who have honed their craft over long, painstaking years.
This event, the Japanese Food & Sake Festival in Anaheim, is being held to spread understanding of these concepts. They have invited famous chefs from renowned restaurants, KATSUYA, KITAYAMA and SUSHI ROKU, to give us cooking demonstrations on a kitchen stage. Also, show you a wide range of Japanese food, from high-end to the popular with about fifty food and Sake booths. Not only will there be samples and representatives from food and sake manufacturers, they will also have major restaurants from the L.A. area offering special menus.
The Japanese Food Culture Association will begin providing recipes, new ingredients, techniques and sanitary know-how on its website.
So eat, drink, and enjoy the many flavors here at the Japanese Food & Sake Festival.
